SOME OF OUR RECENT PROJECTS

  • Design drafting of land and rooftop telecommunication cell tower facilities. Tasks included site visits, lease exhibits, design drawings, and zoning drawings.

  • Design drafting of groundwater extraction and treatment system design. This project included the development of plan and profile drawings of pipelines, and complete set of construction drawings

  • Design drafting of several landfill cap designs for a large site in central New Jersey. Tasks included the determination of cut and fill calculations as well as storm water drainage, contour mapping, and landfill gas extraction systems.

  • Design drafting and GIS mapping of vegetative communities for New York City DDC. ArcView GIS was used to delineate and create coverage maps and produce query data.

  • Design drafting for a site development project. land use designs included a shopping mall, a treatment plant and a golf course. Tasks included landscape and conventional architectural detailing. Developed 3-D models and walk-thru presentations for client visualization.

  • Design drafting of two large wastewater treatment upgrade projects for a large pharmaceutical company. Tasks included intense mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings as well as site mapping.

  • Design drafting of large reservoir design for southern New Jersey municipality. Drawings included structural drawings of Dam tower as well as contouring of side slopes and bottom of reservoir.

  • Design drafting for remedial program for Newark Bears Baseball Stadium site. Drawings included soil and groundwater exceedances maps, AOC’s maps, and Geological x-sections.

  • Design drafting for a large waterfront redevelopment project in Northern New Jersey. This project required the use of ArcView GIS to perform subsurface investigations of groundwater and soils, and to select the most effective remedial alternative. Isopleth drawings, and concentration exceedances drawings created using GPS data and Land Development Desktop.

  • Design drafting for an asbestos abatement program for a school district. Tasks included applying field notes showing asbestos containing material onto corresponding architectural drawings. All material was categorized and organized on drawings by Pinnacle for ease of use during abatement.

  • Created design drawings for a 1 billion gallon potable water storage reservoir located near the Metedeconk River.  Work included the design of 42" water outlet structure along with a down gradient valve chamber. Additional design was closely coordinated with project engineers to develop the water inlet structure and proposed reservoir embankments.

  • Assisted in the design of a Groundwater treatment system utilizing air strippers and vapor phase granular activated carbon. Tasks included working with engineers to develop structural plans and details along with equipment/piping layout. Oversaw the feasibility of all piping layout.   

  • EPA GIS database. Project required the collection of surface water quality data from the State and US EPA along with other state agencies. The data was first formatted and then imported into a Microsoft Access database where each of the unique samples were categorized by the Water body where a sample was collected, then by the sample's Station Id (location of sampling location in each water body), then by Sample ID and finally for each constituent analyzed in a sample (I.E. turbidity, Turbidity, Nitrates, Organic Carbon, Phytoplankton etc.). Once imported, various  statistical analysis can be performed on the newly acquired data such as percentiles or standard deviation to allow the US EPA to determine a set of guidelines for Surface water quality criteria.

  • NJDOT-Rte 9 Roadway widening and intersection upgrade - Marlboro Twp., NJ. Use of Land Desktop to create road alignments, cross-sections, and profiles for design of new road.

  • UST Development-Parcel subdivision plans - Howell, NJ-Redevelopment of distressed waterfront property - Woodbridge, NJ

  • Fort Devens, Mass.- Drawings for Pilot well Network configurations,Drawings produced include site layouts,PCE distribution,existing well locations, and cross sections.

  • Drawings produced include entire Staten Island site sampling locations. With dwgs of detailed AOCs and their cross sections.(note: these dwgs were generated from dxfs that were produced using Mapinfo.)

  • Drawings produced consist of several geological cross sections, time-line figures of TCE concentrations in shallow and deep wells,site maps and layouts.(note: plumes for TCE concentrations were generated in the Surfer software program then exported into AutoCAD.)

  • Brown and Caldwell, Mahwah, NJ - Software Update training from AutoCAD release 14 to AutoCAD 2000. A week long session consisting of consultant training and drafting,systems customization,and real world scenarios and applications.

  • SCS Engineers, West Nyack, NY - Software Update training from AutoCAD release 14 to AutoCAD 2000i. A one day intensive training session, with a focus on the new AutoCAD plotting and printing enhancements.
